2009 Mystery #13

I haven’t quilted one of our guilds 2009 Mystery project in awhile and the last one I found on my blog from two years ago was labelled #12.   So here is #13.  This is Judy’s quilt and she used beautiful shades of blue for her quilt,  it is a gift for her son.  She wanted simple quilting so I decided on Plush for the panto design.

Yesterday was had a beautiful blue sky with –25’c temperature and today…..well we woke up to about 10 cm of snow and should be snowing all day today.  Seems every time I shovel and sweep off the rink it snows the next day!   If you notice in the picture below our little bay is a beautiful blank canvas of snow…it’s got me thinking again!  :)

  1. Wow, I hope the weather cooperates so we can see what you are thinking about!

  2. The quilt is beautiful, such subtle colours! And naturally your quilting is beautiful as always ;)

  3. love the quilt and quilting ....looking forward to seeing another 'snow quilting' design ;)

  4. Love the colour and quilting choices, beautiful! The blue really looks stunning against the snow and ice.

  5. Gorgeous! Love the colours and your quilting is fantastic.
Shall I make you jealous by telling you we have had plus temps in Calgary the past couple of days? ;o)

  6. Stupendo!
L'armonia dei colori che si fondono con l'ambiente è spettacolare!

  7. Precioso, me encanta la combinación de bloques, sencilla, pero efectiva.
